Two young religious women are drawn into a game of cat and mouse in a strange man’s house. The end credits music is the song "Knocking of Heavens Door" set the melody « Lose in you » by Mazzy Star. A nod to the fact that "Creep" with Radiohead there’s a repeat (because of the melody) of « The Air That I Breathe »; by The Hollies, which Grant mentioned earlier in the film.
Hugh Grant is the reason to see it!

What happens to the message?
He gives a brilliant, haunting performance as a reclusive Englishman who lives alone. Two moronic girls knock, and what starts as a conversation about faith and God turns into a game of cat and mouse. What’s in that creepy dude’s basement???

This Lock is not you "boo" a kind of creepy person. No, this is a slow-burn show where the creeper is your neighbor. Actually, that part cracks me up when I think about it.
Nevertheless, Hugh Grant with Anthony Hopkins’ Hannibal Lecter and Heath Ledger’s Joker rank among the best villains
A test of faith with great tension and heartache literally had me on the edge of my seat until the last ten minutes. For me, this movie is a disappointment because after investing so much time into these characters, you’re left saying « um, okay? »; As if there was no conclusion.
